We aim to answer within a few days. A correction to a price, a rating or a meeting point is usually fixed the same week.
What we cannot do
We cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. We never see it: the booking is between you and the partner, and their confirmation email carries the operator’s own phone number.
We cannot hold a place, confirm a meeting point on the night, or reach a guide for you.
Operators
If you run one of the tours listed here and something on your page is wrong, write and it gets fixed. We will not remove a rating or a verdict because it is unflattering, and we do not sell placement in the table.
